Just played a game with Whisper (VI, FCS, Kallas, ACD), Rudor (PTL, AT, V1), and Inquisitor (PTL, AT, V1). On the other side of the table was Hera Ghost (FCS, AB Turret, Numb, Kanan), Ezra Shuttle (PTL, Chewy), and Blue Novice (R2, IA).

The two PATs ate the T-70 for breakfast and the Ghost only landed one hit on Whisper the entire game. (Hera did make very short work of Rudor though).

The Ghost hits hard, but depending on the front arc for max damage really seems to limit this ship. I'm not sure if AB Turret is the way to go with the Ghost. I think I'm going to attempt an Ion turret the first time I fly one.

Instead of an Ion Turret, have you tried using the Dorsal Turret instead? I've gone up against it and it's a pain. Definitely discourages people from getting into Range 1 of your Ghost from any angle.

An ion turret won't discourage whisper or interceptors at all and those two ships are the real late-game problem for most VCX builds.

ABT at least gives the VCX a shot at threatening them. Ion projector or APL is also a decent investment. At 4 points for both it's a bargain.

Whisper and Kallus is pretty much an any "The majority of my list is tied up in this one ship" killer. It's kinda the whole point of Kallus.

Yeah, that's a better option. I confused the ability of Autoblaster Turret with Blaster Turret's ability, where you have to spend a Focus for the attack. Not being able to cancel those results, especially on low health TIE Phantoms, can be brutal.

I have mixed reviews with Kallus, when facing a two or three ship build he is pretty good BUT beyond that i think having Recon Specialist seems to work in more scenarios than Kallus.

Kallus on a Deci is pretty useful. Did a 2x juke vi barons plus Deci(Kenkirk) with Kallus/Isard/intimidate the other day. While maybe not for touries, was pretty good at taking ships down. Took down Fel thanks to the free mod from Kallus, would TL and reroll blanks all but the one focus. Made it harder to dodge everything if their roll is not perfect
