p.s. employed in legal department, I am fully aware of how the process of employment is scheduled, performed and how people are chosen.
Nobody cares about what's between the legs for most jobs anyway. And in a few notable exceptions (like representative in Japan or Arab countries. because of cultural specifics) it does.
