Start of Combat Phade Effects...

Is there an order of precedence for start of combat effects... example... if a Scum ship used Glitterstim (which is at the start of combat and gives the user a Stress), could another ship with a start of combat effect that eliminates stress on a friendly ship instantly get rid of it? Or is there some initiative order or method for determining in what order these things occur?

Any two simultaneous effects that are controlled by the SAME player are resolved in the order of that player's choice. Any two simultaneous effects that are controlled by DIFFERENT players are resolved in initiative order.

EdgeOfDreams is correct, for example if we each have a ship with Glitterstim and another ship with Wingman, and I have initiative, then:

1. I choose whether or not to activate Glitterstim and Wingman in either order.

2. Then you choose whether or not to activate Glitterstim and Wingman in either order.
