New quests need to be added

Murder at the Prancing Pony and Ruins of Belegost don't appear to be options that can be selected.

Similarly the quetss for Grey Havens (though I don't have them so not quite sure).

The log is 9 quests behind, which is an unfortunate record IIRC.

ringsdb quest log seems like its going to be miles better than the official one. I have given up on the official one and am just holding out till we get the ringsdb quest log to be honest.
