i have a question about this item: the card states there is artifact limit. I can't find it in rules. Is it exist? If no, what's wrong with this card?

I thought I knew the asnwer to this and I looked at both the first and 2nd Ed. rules and could not find it for confirmation.

I thought you were allowed 2 Artifacts... but I can't find this in the manual.

2 weapons
1 armor
2 allies
2 artifacts (so I thought)
unlimited gold and experience (earned of course!)

What other 'things' are not clear regarding limits?

Strictly speaking if we cannot find a rule for the artifact limit that should mean there is no limit for artifact.

Thoughts?

There isn't any limit on Artifacts. Maybe the Cloak Dagger card is referring to Legendary Quest Artifacts? (I don't have the game with me, at the moment.)
