This seems a little like one of those old time PC adventures I was never any good at. Every time I try to get to the vault it wants me to sign in. Then takes me straight back to the sign in page. Very frustrating. Can anyone offer the correct magic words please?

I had some issues with this as well, but I don't remember how I fixed it (was a year ago or something).

I think I might have used a differen browser or something.

-Make sure you are using a supported browser (I use chrome for the vault).

-Make sure cookies are enabled (incognito won't work either).

-Double heck that you checked the box to stay signed in.

Tried Explorer (10 & 11), Safari & Chrome. Even tried on my iPad (although that is experiencing Update 9.3 issues). I do stay logged in and my cookies do appear to be enabled. Although I couldn't find the stay logged in check box anywhere.

Hmm, that is strange- there must be some other error. Best bet is to send an email to [email protected]
