Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I couldn't find any topic about it.

Does anyone know how the new rebellion fighters and tie fighters compare to Armada ones? I can't tell scale from pictures but it looks like they are really close. From the pictures I have seen they look like better miniatures, like the Ties have ridges on the inside of the wings.

But, I haven't seen them in person, but I'd love to know. Thanks!

The Rebellion TIEs seem just a bit bigger than the Armada TIEs. The details are better too (most notably, the interior wing panel struts are actually there!). It would be extremely cost-ineffective to buy Rebellion just to replace your TIE fighters, though .

All of the fighters (TIEs, X-wings, Y-wings) are slightly larger, a fair bit more detailed, and feel quite a bit better quality than the Armada counterparts.

The ISD, by contrast, reminded me how spoiled I am by these amazing Armada models...
