Dear FFG (everyone else and FFG don't take this seriously)

So I wanted to start off saying I think the development team has done a pretty great job with the cast of female pilots in X-wing. They are diverse, interesting, and compelling. From Jan Ors to Nera Dantiels to "Howlrunner" the female cast reflects a large spectrum of personalities and player fantasies.

With that being said, lets talk about Kath Scarlet. From a marketing standpoint she is the star of the show. She is a great pilot. When we look at the way she is portrayed in promotional media, lore, and art there are a few things we know about her.

She's fast

She's Skilled

She's Ruthless

She's a good Pirate

Her body seems to be comprised about 95% firepower.

Almost all of her art reflects that. She's got cool skins

She's got fun pilot abilities

Shes got an amazing variety of factions

All of this art reinforces the great character you have built around Kath Scarlet.

Then out of seemingly nowhere we have this pose.

WHAT? What about this pose has anything to do with the pilot you are building? It's not fast, it's not skilled, it has nothing to do with being a fast elite killer. It just reduces Kath to another bland sex symb...

Oh , I guess that wasn't a smart place to fly...

Recently there was a media frenzy about someone complaining that a character in the new blizzard fps 'Overwatch' having a pose which she deemed as too sexy and out of character.

The fuss mostly stemmed from the fact that the company acknowledged the complaint and changed the pose.

To something far more suggestive too. That troll Blizzard.

No idea what this is on about. What are parodying?

So my parody was inspired and based off a video done by total biscuit making fun of the entire thing. However I was lazy so I cut it short on purpose with the attack dice.

however with a post that if it wasn't locked I wouldn't even link it HERE , I can say this overtly over-sensitivity censorship is stagnating creative development and all due to a small minority of obstructionist who self-proclaim to stand for everyone when it is obvious they are only looking for attention or a power trip.

I was thinking don't most characters have at least a similar pose? Should we alert Blizzard that its discriminating Tracer when she is a fast and agile character but appareantly is incapable of turning her neck in playfull disrespect?
