I know not all of you played Star Wars Galaxies, but I have high hopes that I may get to finally own a beautiful miniature of some of the ships I spent hours and hours flying, customizing and decorating the interiors.

If by " caught up" then they can stretch their own creative wings a bit, I think that would be best.
The raider is so well done as an example of 'let's invent something brand new for the game'.
That would keep me buying ships a lot more then " well, let's see what we scrape from the bottom of the EU barrel,or add the prequel garbage."
Although...the clawcraft... That's a bottom of the barrel EU scrape I can get my wallet out for.

The Raider is definitely decent, though I'd much rather have had the Customs Corvette (with a the ability to dock with the Falcon just for the lawls).

Ah yes, SWG... the game that was the first MMO of many. I still remember the joy when FFG announced the Decimator as I had built and furnished my own. Thoser were the days...

I dislike any ship with the word "boat" in the name. But then, I've never seen it in action.
I wasn't fond of the ships Star Wars Galaxies invented back when I played it. It's one of the reasons I ended up joining a side despite wanting to be a neutral character. Funny thing is, those experiences have now made them nostalgic for me, and I love seeing them as much as any other ship in X-Wing now.

I would say my love of Star Wars: TIE Fighter is the thing that brought me here the most. But I also played plenty of SWG, probably also because of SW:TF.
Still waiting on that TIE Aggressor.
