When you roll the sabers and you use it to draw a tactics card - can you immediately play it?

The answer is on page 4 of the advanced rulebook. You can play the card as your next combat action or save it. (A combat action consists of either drawing a tactics card or playing one but there's no cap on the number of combat actions you can perform)

So yes, you can play the tactics card immediately as your next combat action, but if it requires sabers to play, you cannot use the same sabers result you used to draw the card. That icon is out of play as soon as you spend it.
