When transitioning from Encounter 1 to Encounter 2 of any quest, the heroes refresh their heroic feats and can use them again.

Yes, the effect of your attack hits every monster which get's hit by the blast... because you only roll your attack once. But every monster makes it's own defense rolls.

To add to Kaisho's answer, an attack to which you add Blast benefits from any other surges abilities that are added to the attack, as well as any bonus from feats or skills which are specific to that attack, so an Apothecary using Secret Formula to add a green die to another character's attack that has blast, all monsters would be affected by the results rolled on that green die (damage or extra surges)

ok thanks for the reply . I'll keep you updated on the second meeting of the goblin fat but for me ( overlord ) will be difficult to win . As a group of your choice they will use the dragon shadow to gain time if I'm lucky
