Also I spoke to the FFG judge there about wave three and asked him if they were going to release any more wave 3 ships and his response was "I cannot comment on that," which we took to mean "there will be some more," as if the answer was no, I wouldn't think there would be a problem just saying "no, sorry."

Oh, and I won the Adepticon Armada tournament, but I'm not exactly sure where it is that one brags about that kind of thing.

Interesting! Because of the new guidelines they wouldn't announce any further ships yesterday (March 31). We will see, we will see...

Yeah the April Fools day timing is unfortunate but after 8.5 hours of Armada yesterday I got home at 9:00, ate a quick meal of a delicious shawerma wrap, hung out with the missus a bit, and then promptly collapsed. I had zero interest in coming on here to talk about it until after I got some sleep, haha. I can start a new thread up about it for people who want in on the tournament run-down.

Well, even looking at the Adepticon Fixture - I doubt it... Everything assigned to "Fantasy Flight Games" is a Tournament, not a discussion point...

So unless they stealth stuff into that cabinet behind the Flotillas - there is no time allocated for anything resembling an announcement or discussion.

quite disapointed if thats the case, especially given the display in general already made armada look non existent from what i saw, mays aswell have put nothing out at all

Has someone at least managed to casually find out how much the flotillas are going to cost points wise?

I was back at Adepticon today and there was nothing new in the display case. That's just how it goes. Armada had a solid two rows of display space (X-Wing had... I believe 4, but X-Wing has a lot more models than Armada due to a sizable head start) and the Armada game demos were running constantly.

I don't understand all the doom and gloom from some people in this forum.

just that the game hasn't gotten much FFG love comparatively.
