It's cleaner for competitive play is probably the reason.
I bring my wings down when victory looks imminent - its a psychological maneuver, akin to Gary Kasparov taking his watch off when he had a won game :-)

Yes, from what we heard yesterday, the Imperials were totally dominating the top tables. Will be cool to see if it stays the same or if something is going to happen that breaks through in today's tables.
Well I saw Jeremy Howard there, so there is at least one Palp Aces running around up there most likely.
I guess my trivia query would be: "Are there more Lambda Shuttles being flown than JumpMaster 5000s?" Considering there are going to be a few Triple Scouts, I figure it is a fair question...

Im actually surprised at the low amount of phantoms. I have been running Sabine and having a blast.

Thanks Sozin! The cards were hard to tell from the photo and I knew it had to be 3 point one way or the other and sure couldn't see that much Ion control.

Out of 250 builds, that makes 85 imperial builds so less than half with Palp would be quite safe to say I would think.
