When do I control my Stronghold?
1- When I have a unit in it?
2- It can be empty and it's considered mine?
So when my enemy controls my Stronghold, my adjacent units are no longer Bold, I know that.
My second question is: When do i get the Stronghold back and get my Command Card back?
1- When I kill the enemy unit who's occupying it or they leave the Stronghold?
2- When I have a unit in it again?

Unless there are scenario specific special rules to the contrary (a statement that could precede all rules answers
), the Stronghold is "controlled" by the player who has chosen it, or had it assigned to through the scenario specific special rules from the beginning of the game until any point in which the opposing player places one of their units upon that hex. Control is regained the moment that the original controlling player places a unit upon the stronghold hex.
Also note that the opposing player is never granted a morale boost from the Stronghold hex, nor the adjacent hexes (unless something other than the Stronghold Landmark is providing that boost
), regardless of who holds the Stronghold hex. The opposite is true for the original controlling player of the Stronghold - that morale boost is always provided regardless of who holds the Stronghold hex.

This is one of the reasons it is difficult to take and hold an opposing player's Stronghold.

Usually that will involve killing or causing the opposing player's unit that took the Stronghold to retreat, but perhaps the opposing player has moved that unit themselves, or something like Greater Portal has occurred.

So you mean that:
1- If my opponent controls my Stronghold, my units still receive the Bold status from all the adjacent hexes, weather the enemy unit is on the Stronghold or has left already, but I haven't taken it back yet.
2- His units don't get the Bold status (unit in Stronghold and units in adjacent hexes) when he controls my Stronghold. So the Bold status is only given to the units adjacent to the Stronghold that belongs to their team at the beginning of the game.
