let's say i play execution technique first rite, which has stun:2 on it, i respond with need to destroy and give +1 to all my keyword ratings. then i give it multiple:1.

Now i know i would have stun:3 on it but do i have multiple:1 or multiple:2?

does need to destroy turn into a "cloud" effect giving +1 to all my current and future keyword ratings or is it a one time deal?

it responds to a specific trigger and then the ability fully resolves, theres no floating part after. if you give it any other keywords after, they wont be increased.
