Bought the set...love the game
So many things to handle...I went out and bought a plastic case (for jewelry making) fits all of the small cards into thier own compartments and all or the dice as well. Bought card pages for a three ring binder and organized all of the action cards...including a page for each of the basic cards. This way the players and their greesy fingers won't destroy the cards. I'll hand them the plastic sheet and they can keep it in their area for the session. This also makes creation easier so the players don't have to go through a bunch of cards in hand. they can flip through the book to choose.
I'm using the homebrew character sheet from the forums. Players can tick off their sheets with pencil for stress/ fatigue, write in their career talent and any other talents that are purchased with creation points.
Will use wound cards as is.
Can't wait for someone to put together a cheat sheet booklet for the action cards!!!

Have fun...I love the creation process by the way. Easy, but it provides a lot of options!
