The gibberish is Korean I believe. Everyone has the same problem. It's several hundred pages at this point. I feel sorry for the FFG mods that have to clean all that up.

Most forum software gives you the ability to remove all posts when you ban someone or delete their account so it really isn't that big of a deal.
