I was thinking if there was some house rules suggestion for making the base game more balanced?

Any ideas?(like: only the Free Peoples get to use the Elven Rings,etc).

It's been a while since my friend and I have played the game and we want to play the base game to get back in the beat.

I will add that in all my games playing WotR, the FP side has won more often than the SP, but almost every game has been extremely close.

My first few games playing as the FP were the most challenging and I lost many of these games. However, after a dozen or so plays as the FP, I was able to adapt my gameplay based on what the SP was doing and the actions I was rolling.
