When you start a mission like "protect the village of crones" it says u need to stay 2 consecutive turn soo that mean? win explore face and the turn will end so 1 turn will have passed? or i should continue with reset , then movement , then interaction , then explore and repet it again?

Yeah to me that sounds like you have to stay there 2 whole turns after the initial turn you moved there.
