Jyurakudai and Combo

By guitalex2008, in UFS Rules Q & A

Jyurakudai's continuous effect reads:

While this card is in your staging area, after a player plays an attack, that player must change its attack zone to any other zone.

A rule in the AGR says...

8.3.0.1 Any non-continuous changes to an attackā€™s base/printed values will end after
the attack sequence has resolved.

But... Jyurakudai's change IS continuous, isn't it? I suppose that's my real question, because for example, could I...

Play a high/low attack/weapon, Jyurakudai it into a mid -> play a mid/low attack, Jyurakudai it into a high -> Knight Breaker/Dragon's Flame + Combo E?

its a continuous ability but the zone changing isnt a continuous effect. its continuously responding to an attack being played and that part of it completely resolves.

a continuous effect would have to say like "E: until the end of the turn, change this attacks zone to mid". which i can see them implementing maybe in another combo eccentric character in the future for some fairly high cost.
