This card states that you deliver damage to a target unit equal to it's power. If the target unit has an attachment that gives it extra power, do you include that in the damge given. Let's say you have a unit that has Choppa attached to it and one power by itself. Would you deliver 3 points of damage?

Yes, It says "power", not "printed power". Choppa makes it easier for you to kill that filthy orc

Now. Blood for the Blood God will only deal damage when the unit HAS the power. For example. If the unit is not attacking and it has Warp Lightning Cannon attached, Blood will not deal the additional 3 damage. If you play Blood as an action during the battlefield phase when the unit with Warp Lightning Cannon is attacking/defending, then it will deal the additional 3 damage.
