I believe too, but I don't want to get involved in a wave 3 sucks without new ships argument.

We got ONE frigging article. ONE. All freaking year. I'm biting through the bit here.

I'm betting there's more to wave3. I'll live if there's not. But dang, will it be underwhelming.

I don't know about adepticon.... my theory is production issues and the pain they went through with Wave 3 delays last year mean they have only announced what they think they can deliver in a timely manner. If that's true, then they would hold off on anything further unless they had cleared the production issue.

I reckon there are two more ships in Wave 3 (or Wave 3.5 if the delays last long enough), and they are the Liberty Class and the Interdictor.

I think the complainers are being pretty irrational - everyone was upset at hearing nothing, so they have done their best to announce something, and the reaction has been even worse!

FFG will invite everyone to a huge free tournament with free mystery prizes, and once the first round has been underway for 15 minutes they'll pull the fire alarms to force an evacuation while one of their staff piles everyone's collections into a bag to throw directly into a junkyard in another country.

I've never been to Adepticon. Does FFG usually make product announcements there?

I'm pretty sure they made Armada announcements there last year, but someone else can confirm.

My question - does anyone know if/when FFG has talks scheduled at Adepticon?

I don't know that they had a huge presence there last year. I'm sure they had games and such going there, but nothing to scale they do this year.

I just found out how much George lucas loves Jar Jar Binks while inspecting my own venator. I found that if you look at it from the front, there is a disturbing ressemblance. I'd put a picture myself but I am some kind of weird person that literraly does not own a camera or cellphone of any sort.
