OCTGN player's list

By guest41990, in 1. AGoT General Discussion

Huge thanks to Gualdo.... EVERYONE should download and give OCTGN for AGOT a try, it's simple to install and play, and loads of fun.

That said, I wanted to make a contact list for everyone who is OCTGN-ready. Hopefully we can get a thread with everyone's email/aim and form a distribution list.

Ps Unluckly I have different timezone (Italy) so I don't know if it is easy to play together.

Here's my info:

AIM: seaworthonion

email: friend me here and it will go to my primary email.

I usually am available around 9 pm Eastern (USA) time on weeknights (only a couple nights a week) and a fair bit on the weekends.

Apparently the Dark Side has affected the Sithlord's memory bank, since he continues to identify Chris as "ianmclaren" even though Chris has been GreyjoyChris since these boards came online. happy.gif

My AIM name is LGRagot.

I'm not even sure where he got that. Its not my aim name... must have been my old board name...

I'm not aim most of the time, so email me if you're up for playing. they go to my cell, so I'll get them where ever I am.

Hi, new player here. I've ordered a Core Set but I want to start ahead and try the game online. :)

If anyone wants to play a few practice games with Core Set starter decks only, feel free to mail me at:

[email protected]

I'm situated in Sweden (timezone CET)

Cheers!

It would be nice if we could all get on AIM as an easy way to check for games as well.

i'm also "finitesquarewell" on AIM I don't use AIM all that often anymore, but if we all start playing games regularly using this thing and some of you only use AIM (I don't know why anyone would do that, as gTalk is the way of the future, but to each his own) i'll log into AIM when looking for a game

I am usually looking to play a game or two on Thursday nights. Here is my info:

I agree. Right now, I only use AIM to look for people to play AGoT online with. I don't really care which messaging service is used, but it would be nice if we agreed on one in particular so people could log on and see if anyone else was looking for a game at the same time.

It'd also be nice to have a place to post about looking for games later in the day or the next day, etc. We could keep using the Web of Spiders thread in the Metagame section, but maybe it would be better to start a forum external to FFG's forum where people can post to look for games (so it could be more organized).

Love to see the love for OCTG is grouwing. I never knew about AIM but I'll install it if needed. Hope we can also organized kinda of online tournaments or something like that.

ENJOY!

I'm building a distribution list for OCTGN players by email... a few of you guys preferred the 'friends list' instead of posting your email. Basically, I don't want friends so if you want your email on the distribution list but don't want to post it you can email me direct: [email protected]

my email is [email protected] you can find me on gtalk or send me an email to get on aim. my aim is staton70. Is there anywhere we can get a chat room somewhere? that'd be kinda nice.

Steve.

I like Dan's suggestion of keeping @'s outta here, just causes pain and suffering.

Anyway, I'm east coast time, hit me up if I'm around for a game.

Feel free to friend me/message me to play!

I literally just bought the game and haven't had the chance to play anyone in RL yet so at this rate if anyone is up for toying around with the game and helping me learn it on OCTGN I think it could be fun!

Cheers!

I wish I could edit sometimes...

If anyone was interested actually in just jumping in an online session to tweak the controls and make sure we can connect online feel free to give me a shout as well! Kind of lonely being in a game all by myself! :D

I really like the idea where this thread is going,

but if you are interested in approaching this matter in a more real time controlled environment perhaps this may be what you are looking for.

Wave is a great way to see who is online and who is talking, pretty great.

If you are interested in getting an account let me know I can invite you.

Seeya there

I'm interested on the e-mails list. I don't have AIM, but will install it to talk to you.

Right now we are at GMT-2 in Brazil, but it's an "artificial" arrangement the governments proposes during summer. from Saturday on I'll be on GMT-3.

I suggest we use GMT to indicated our time zone. to me, at least, it is simpler to see the difference. I don't actually now what "east USA" means.

thanks!
