im not asking for an entirely translated dictionary but i was just wanting some eldar catchall terms, i know an insult for humans are mon keigh but what are respected ones called, what of the other races, the chaos gods, worlds, their own people. just simple terms like that or a link to where i could find such information.
Well, Mon-Keigh isn't really an insult towards humans, it's just Eldar for any "lesser" species, it can be used towards any race.

Just make it up as you go along. Make it sound very beautiful, but also very complicated. You could try looking into the appendices to Lord of the Rings, which contains lots of information on the Elf language and steal it from there.
I always pictured Eldar as being a language that humans find almost impossible to learn because of its complexity. A human (like the guys in the Mung family, who seem to be the Imperium's experts on the Eldar) might be able to learn some of the language, maybe even enough to get by, but will always be immediately identifiable as a non-native speaker.
For example, in English, there's usually two or three ways to say anything. I remember once when I was in Norway, the waitress in a restaurant said to me "Your table is not yet prepared." Gramatically, that is a sound way to construct a sentence, but no English person would ever say that: you'd probably get a rougher version, something like "Yer table's not ready yet." My impressionof the Eldar is that they are the sort of hierarchical snobs who'd find that sort of thing endlessly amusing, and would find ways to communicate (metaphor, unfamiliar or antique phrasing) to baffle someone who only had a passing knowledge of their language.
A human might say to an eldar (in halting Eldar) "Where is the heretic?"
And the Eldar could say, in the Eldar tongue, "He went that way," [POINT] if he wanted to be helpful, or
"The individual you presume to locate has retreated beyond yonder hill, moving rapidly, as if pursued by something unpleasant."
Technically, he's answered the question, but all that, delivered in the Eldar tongue, rapidly, would confound even a skilled non-native speaker. You can imagine the Eldar doing this stuff all the time, just to screw with mon-keigh who presume to use their language...
