I was playing as an invader player. Red marine had "Officer" skill card, which add to him and all marines three spaces away +1 range and +1 damage. I fraged the red marine. Now, untill he respawns, does this skill card's effects still apply to other marines ? I mean, must the "Office" card owner be alive, to everybody have all the bonuses ?

I've played it only counts when he is alive.

No doubt the Hell Knight would consume his soul. Do not mess with your soul when Hell is open.

When the red marine is killed his figure is removed from the board until he repawns. While his figure is off the board, none of the other marines are within 3 spaces of him. No bonus.
