Reveal at random multiple times

By bloodocean, in UFS Rules Q & A

Ok so lets say I'm playing Kisheri and I play the new card Tiao wu kick. They reveal at random, and then I E: with keeper of the watchers which also says to reveal at random.

First question: How do we randomly reveal cards fairly. Can my opponent "randomly" just pick the card that is already revealed?

Second question: If the card revealed is the same can it trigger Kisheri? I'm pretty sure it doesn't but it can't hurt to ask.

For the first question, use a dice. If they have 4 cards, designate them as 1234, then roll a d6, if its 1234 pcik that card, if its a 5 or 6, reroll the die. If they have more than 6 cards number 123456xx and roll a d20.

For the second question, i would say you can't reveal a card that has already been revealed, so yea..it wouldn't work IMO :)

In our playgroup, we turn all cards facedown again, shuffle the hand, then pick one random face down card from the hand.. After the E resolved he picks up his hand and reveal the card again.

Thanks for the help. Figure it's something thats gonna come up frequently once we start getting our hands on kisheri cards,

the only problem with that is if someone has multiple copies of a card..if you hit it again you have no way of knowing if its the different copy

Have them flip it upside down in the sleeve. Or just roll dice.
