Normally i don't have issues signing up for events, but for the last week or so the program keeps telling me that the events(swiss/standard) have to be signed up before December 19, 2009 and will not allow me to continue. Any word on problems or fixes?

It means that you didn't sign up for your December tournaments prior to the 18th of the month, and have missed the cut-off to receive December Prize Support.
Who is it that we can contact if we missed the signup date? I know they changed it awhile back so they're a lot less lenient with people missing the dates, just kind of curious.
