Does the orange sword on shield side of the dice do anything when a player uses the Battlelore Command Card? Or does it not count like the black flag?

As per the wording on the card, no. A SoS symbol acts as a black flag when rolling for the Battlelore command card, meaning no units can be ordered for either symbol. To my understanding, creatures cannot be ordered using this card then.

When playing the BattleLore card, creatures may be ordered with either a helm matching their banner color or the lore symbol being rolled.
