Trapmaster + Dark Charm

What happens if I have the power card " Trapmaster " in play and I decide to use the trap card " Dark Charm "?

Besides the -1 threat cost bonus , do I also have the +2 wounds bonus to add to the attack result?

TRAPMASTER : Play this card at the start of your turn and place it face up in front of you. Lower the threat cost of the Trap cards you play by 1. Trap cards that deal damage deal an additional 2 wounds.

DARK CHARM : Play at the start of your turn and choose one hero. The chosen hero player must roll one power die. If the result is blank, nothing happens. If the result is not a blank, the hero must make one attack that you declare. This attack may target any hero, including the attacking hero, but is subject to the normal attack rules, including range and line of sight.

Dark Charm does seem right as a Trap card, so we've house ruled it that it is an event instead.

Do you play Road to Legend? That's a major blow to the Spider Queen and a significant boost to the Demon Prince. It's also shifts the balance for the avatars that get traps or events as their secondary category.
