Wyrdling Psykers

Does Wyrdling allow you to pick techniques without having the prerequisites?

If you pick Wyrdling techniques outside of Telepathy does that open up the additional Discipline as though you had the Psychic Discipline talent?

It's really ripe for errata as there is no clear information for astropaths who take it. This is really a place for house rules, and future errata. There are more questions. Such as obviously a non-astropath or sanctioned psyker follows the rules for rogue psyker (IE triggering phenomenon/perils). Does an astropath using his wyrdling powers?

The way I run it, and this is certainly a house rule.

-You don't get the base Discipline talent.

-You must meet the prerequisites other than the base Discipline talent.

-Until you gain the base Discipline talent for a set of powers you function as a rogue psyker when using your wyrdling powers.

My justification for this is it's only 400xp. With such a minor out lay of XP you shouldn't be able to buy a pair of powers that normally you wouldn't get until 6th rank. Much less allow you access to another discipline..... As this is obviously an untrained ability from mutation you function as an untrained psyker until you master the basics of the discipline.
