If they ever make a 3 or 4 diff character besides cody stacking might happen again..

In a perfect world, I think players would want the highest rarity as R or even UC, but in a non-perfect, recession laiden world, such a desire would have to be balanced against the need for the company to make money, stay in business and hence actually produce the game.
The hoarding of UR characters/character-specific would provide the company with the chase cards that every ccg needs.
At the same time, decks can be built of single-copy characters far easier than single-copy staples (Feline Spike/Defender/Addes), would be more accessible to the dedicated casual (needing only 1x character to play with more accessible rares) and so hopefully serve to balance the playing field, providing the advantage to the suitcase player of being able to field more complex characters, which, when balanced by the tournament Diversity rule, would balance the enivornment through greater access to generic, non-character specific power cards.
To sum up, if two of the below cards *had* to be designated as UR's, which two would you choose?

Defender
Feline Spike
Addes
