One of my player had a psyker there reached 100 Coruptions Points, he was just about to manifest Molten man, beacause all the other players was on 3 critical or more, but when he did ( he used 4 diced ) he rolled 3 nines, the first one he rolled 2 so nothing special there the next he rolled 78 and 93 so 2 Pillars of the Warp and funny enough the first one was blood rain and next was Deamon host he rolled to ressit it but failed all his atemps ( he dident have any Fate Points at All, not even to burn, aint first time something like this happen
) , but instead i choose to use the table for Rogue traders where, he get suck up in the warp and come back in a week. The other players defeated the enemy psyker they was again ( With some help of 2 lesser deamon, Blood rain helped on it ). The player with the psyker who was sucked in to the warp got a new PC, and now they on there way against glory again. But i have send the on a long champaigen they are allmost finish with it and they are on the way up to the govenors palace where there is a giant Party for all the rich noble in the hive, they are there beacuase they know that the guy there have been trying to take controled of this planted, is going to be here to try to assassined the Govenor, at first i have choose to be a Slaught overseer, but now i think it would be better to set the players against the old psyker there was Suck into the Warp. It would the first time they meet they Nemesis, i thought about start with useing the old profile to a start but when he come down to almost Zero Wounds, i think about overpower him so he kick there ass untill there come some assisstant ( there is 2 other Acylotes Cells they havde been working with there also was on there way to the party). I also thought about giveing him some new psychic powers so i would also hear if anyone got some good new psychic powers he could use, dont mind if you overpower them abit
Old PC going rogue
I'd rebuild him as an unbound daemonhost with max psychic abilities for a daemonhost and the daemonhost feature that makes him seem like a normal person. (I forget what its called and don't have the book in from of me, but its on the table for daemonhost creation)
When the characters encounter him, run him with his old stats slightly buffed until they really hurt him. Then at a dramatic moment have him transform into something horrible and swap to the full daemonhost stats. That ought to give them a bit of a time.
Kinda trivial on this matter, but in what universe does someone with 100 corruption points look even remotely "normal"? I like the idea of making the ex-PC psyker an unbound demonhost (100 corruption BEFORE being sucked into the warp unshielded for a week will do that, or worse...) but in no way would a character like this in any way look like a normal human. The base form would have been twisted, warped and mutated long before the little stroll through the immaterium without a Geller field.
AWESOME villain idea IMO!
Oh yeah, and make sure the demon wearing the psyker's body has a few fate points. Can't have those pesky acolytes destroying the body and banishing it back to the warp with an annoyingly timed Emperor's Fury and a meltagun... At least not before it is dramatically appropriate!

The most sinister and insidious kind of universe, where the poor normal people will expect something with 100 corruption points looking like a huge monstrosity brimming with power from the warp.
The truly evil and wicked daemonhosts in that sort of universe will seem completely normal on the outside and most people will never see them coming... Until they get angry that is.
Sometimes "less" really is "more".
I have looked on the old psyker papers and i can tell you that his acctully quite normal from distance ;D, the only think there was really special about his look was his Bionics, he had lost both his legs, eyes and one of his arm ( some nasty accidetns with some dark eldars, and a flamer ).
I would remind you that my 4 other players (a Scum, Tech Preist, Guardman all rank 5, and a Adept rank 3) have done some quite special thinks so far, like killing 2 Lictors and so on. So would just be sure that i set them against something they can't win over, and force them to run.
I have so far made sure that the plantet they are on ( Sigurd IV ), have been reported that a Warp storm are closeing in so the hive world is Getting evacuated, i have of idear that the players a forced to flee from the Demonhost and when they are leaving the palace the warp storm are already starting to get effect, the demon host should follow them and have to take one of the last fly away from the plant and the Demonhost stay back because what would it do to him exept maby make him stronger ;D.
But about the Problem with the players Supreme Fighting Power, i will just mention some of the players gear so you can get a idear of how dangerous they are:
The Scum is Armed with: 2 Bolt Pistol with the some special rounds there give them the Unstabl trait, he also got a Leth Blade and a Chamelion Cloack inbuiled in his Mesh Armour.
The Tech preist got a Angelus Bolter with Speacial made magazine so it can hold 5 shoots instead of 3, his also amoured with a Power Axe, and a light Enfocer Carapace. the tech preist also got a Balistic Mechadendrite with a Hand Flamer, and 2 good craftmanship Bioncs Arm.
The Guard Man got his RPG and a twin linked Helgun (Used the rules from RT), he also got a Mastercrafted Chain Sword, and a Storm troper Carapace.
The Adept aint got so much yet but still he can do alot of damage, He is a Xenologist and he got some pretty well thinks so far. He got a Dire Adventager Armour with Hexogramic Runes, and Hrud Plasma Musket ( he got the Exotic Weapon training as a Elite Advancement).
Maby its just me there have Overpowered my players, but our game work well, but i wouldent be sure that they couldent defeat i a Unbound Deamonhost. Hope you can help with this to ;D

Defeat an unbound daemonhost with that? Ahahahahaaaa!
Clearly, these guys have never dealt much with psychic powers and mind control. I assure you, if you want to make them run, you can actually make them run FROM THEMSELVES rather than actually running from the daemonhost.
They might be thinking:
-"Oh yeah, we've got teh big gunz and we're gonna kill anything that comes our way. We're invincible, because we took down tyranid lictors"
And suddenly, for no apparent reason the Guardsman begin to twitch and speak latin backwards in a really low pitched and inhuman voice and start to shoot at the other characters, while the wicked daemonhost starts floating in, brimming with power and causing general psychic mayhem.
I assure you, there are a ton of different ways to make their characters scream and run for their lives. You just have to think in a slightly unorthodox way. A Khornate daemonhost might favor a head on combat, but anything with a even a remote tie to either Tzeentch or Slaanesh would love to manipulate the PC's and turning them against eachother.

Don´t underestimate the Khorne (or read Hammer of Daemons, both works)
! I gues that possesing the PCs with insane blood frenzy, when they are forced to consider each other as enemies, or summoning horders/clouds of warped Sinpohian Boreworms/Xathus Blood Locusts all AROUND them, would´t be remotely funny even in Baneblade
