I'd guess the adventurers kit will be out a couple weeks after the main set to allow time for stores to get copies in and see what sales are like in regions that missed the pre release event(the uk for instance), as for the dice im wondering whats taking them so long myself tbh since you'd think they would be out along side the adventurers kit.
