Really trying to fit Whisper into a competitive list - I miss playing her. And I do not have a VT-49 Decimator.

I played a variation of this in a SC last weekend (Fel instead of Whisper) and it was competitive at 4-1, so I want to shake it up. Keep in mind, I did not play the x3 Jumpmasters list. That's where I think Whisper can benefit this list.

This is what I'm working with - there are 3 points to spare and I need advice on filling that.

I like the idea of Saboteur on Whisper but that really takes her actions away.. completely. I don't have Agent Kallus (but can proxy/borrow it). Gunner would be nice but that'd disrupt everything..

Intelligence Agent is the default crew for Phantoms - it allows you to better pick your decloaks.

But there's no real problem with running her crewless, and you really don't want to give up Autothrusters on the Inquisitor.

Whisper's main problem is ships with higher PS than hers. They just eat her alive. With that in mind, whether to take her is really a meta call.

Intel agent is only good against higher PS, but since that's her achilles heel, its worth it. Kallus is also good, since you can evade as an action when being shot at or attacking a higher PS ace. Rebel Captive is also good against low ship count enemy lists. It works by making one enemy ship predictible next turn so that Whisper can stay out of arc (or they do a white move to maybe keep arc, but are then actionless).
