Yesterday one named Mist Hunter recolocated one of my T70s in such a position that firing later with PS 1 Zs, Assault misiles, he left the target with only one hull remaining and wounded pilot, plus removed a total of four shields from the other 2 T70s. My "first time".fighting against this combo. Quite Expensive but... Effective.

My doubt is...is this popular?

Too expensive and situational, I'm afraid.

and 90% of targets you'd like to hit with that are freaky arcdodgers that fly with other freaky arcdodgers. So it's a combo that only works against subpar lists :C

I received a good beating. Yes, 10 pts is a large amount of pts in a 100 pt play. But was my first experience against this. I like the new TBs. They are quite good but simply this, a good tool. I like what I see about wave 8. Played again 8 tie swarm vs 3 u bootes and lose again by a small margin, and people restrain themselves when playing casual and not triple Jumpmasters unless you ask for them. Wave 8 is giving good plays. In wave 7 too much players abused the four TLT, and now the diversity is greater.

We will play next week against the same list, it will be interesting.

I just put something out there, on the squad lists, since I have a similar 'problem'. I can't find a way to commit large points to a high PS TB carrier and normally don't want to since their ability should be better suited to somethign other than a 0 damage attack.

My 'fix', is the HWK. Run Mux (if S&V) or Roark (if reb) both can use PS modifiers to help a low PS overcome the TB woes.

For scum you pick your target and drop their PS to 0 ensuring your TB fires first. The issue is you still need the rest of the squad to be of equal PS or lower to make this happen. But you can sneak in a Spacer with TB at 17 and PS 2 or Vet for 20 at PS 5.

For the Rebs you are a bit stuck with a Blue sqadie as the TB carrier but the PS isn't an issue as Roark will always jump it to 12. So here you are stuck with 23 points in it, but you still have a B-wing.

For me this is the only way a TB makes any sense right now.
