If I use the btl-a4 title do I still get 2 attacks with the twin lasers?

Yes. 1 primary attack, 1 secondary attack. With TLT the secondary attack is performed twice, so you get 3 attack rolls.

And if you're thinking of using R3-A2, cause we all know you are , you only get to trigger his ability twice. Once when performing the primary attack and once when declaring the target of the TLT attack (to be performed twice, does not declare twice).
