What is the name of this type of Forum software?

I'm interested in using the various 'tricks' I've seen others use. Multi-Quote, spoilers and the like.

Where can I find the manual of operations?

It looks like a customized installation of IP.board. If you need basic help, there's a link in fine print at the bottom of the board (just above the black border, if you're using the default theme.)
