Probably would be better off dropping the Black Sun's to Cartel's and having 3 of them with Guri. Your Guri is great. Very tanky.
Black Sun Aces are a points hole. Trust me, I've tried with them. They can be good, but you are adding in an entire ship of upgrades to these two and they will still die fast. As they don't have evade, PTL will be very difficult to use with them. I can see taking Crackshot if you want that, but with Guri at 40 points, you either fly 2 BSAs with Crackshot and a Binayre Pirate for 100 or you can fly 3 Cartel Marauders.
Lately, I've been wanting to fly Guri with Latts Razzi and 2 Z-95s, even though I have a love for the Kihraxz Fighters and their sharp turns.
Kihraxz Fighters seem like an X-Wing, but they really want to take sharp turns, just realize the timing on it is much less forgiving than on the X-Wings. X-Wings also have regeneration, which Pirate Lords don't care about... there's always another pirate or marauder trying to climb the ranks. Still a fun ship to fly. Maybe someday it will have all the tools it needs to be more survivable...
At 30 points per ship, I think you could probably find something more effective than boosting pushing Kihraxz (Kihraxzi? Kihraxzes?)
Depending on your style, I could see 2x Gand Findsman with Fire control Systems, Outlaw Tech, and Crack shot. Should have pretty consistent target lock and focus, plus one straights and a bit more HP.

Yes this will ultimately be more effective.
Having said that, I have had some fun trying out the following:
Guri w/ Mindlink, autothrusters, virago, sensor jammer & flechette torpedo = 40
2 blacksun aces w/ mindlink, engine upgrade & deadman's switch = 30 x 2

Its not an easy list to fly though. You avoid k-turning as much as possible so as not to stress your ships out any more than you have to. Guri is great for passing foci through the link, and you have the option of boosting or grabbing TLs with your aces. Keep your ships spread out and the deadman's switch will never harm your own ships.
Might have to try that... cause usually I'm not flying in tight formation after the first little bit. It took me a while to break the habit of K-Turning Kihraxz Fighters, but it is really a bad maneuver for them. Just take the sharp turns and come back around or swing into another target. Just don't be predictable in which way you turn or what speed.

Palob stealing a focus to increase the effectiveness of SJ is always good. Additionally, Palob is the prime target so use him as bait. If you can get him to the point where he survives the first/second engagement and now is out of position and arc, you will quickly see people avoid focussing and that is normally when their green dice fail.
Given wave 8 out now, I would consider putting Gonk! on Palob and slow roll the first few turns, doing a "one for you, one for me" sort of mentality with the tokens. Failing that, Flechette Torps on Guri to stress out a PtL interceptor is always nice.

Gonk is meh on Palob. You would be much better off with cloaking device. It allows you to 'jump' Palob out of harms way for that opening engagement (because he has a turret, he doesn't care about facing). Even if you only use it once, its worthwhile because Palob tends to be the most sought after target. Alternatively, the flechette on Guri is not bad.

Its alright. I've actually run something similar, except Lone Wolf on Guri instead of predator, and no title on the y-wings (because with engine, you don't have to worry so much about stuff getting into range 1).
