Dengar + Manaroo support is crazy strong. The only catch? It's two ships (which I hate flying 2-ship lists) and is subject to breaking down under stresshogs. Here's the concept:
Take Manaroo with K4 Security Droid, Overclocked R4, and Bodyguard.
You do a green move with Manaroo, which gives you TL from K4... then take a focus action. When it comes time for Manaroo to do Manaroo things, you spend the Focus for Bodyguard at the beginning of the Combat Phase to give Dengar +1 agility. R4 gives you your focus back... then your focus and TL go to Dengar.
Dengar: Title + Gonk. If you want to be ridiculous, take experimental Interface and Expose. Since it's a 2-ship combo, throw R5-P8 to cause damage to anyone who shoots at you.
This results in Dengar dealing 4 red dice (5 at range 1) with Focus + Target Lock ... EVERY TURN. Since he gets +1 green dice from Manaroo, he can use his action to do Expose + Gonk...or Gonk+Gonk for extra shield and keep the 3rd green die. Either way, he's always regenerating and getting either the +1 red or +1 green dice.
I had him do 10 damage to a Decimator in one turn.
Now, here's the tough part. If you get rid of EI and Expose, you can probably fit in a Z-95 or whatever. I like the idea of having the 3rd ship to draw fire.
Here's a ridiculous version of the 2-ship build with points thrown in because I had no where else to put them. (Note: the only reason I put torpedoes on Manaroo is because I had 5 points left and she needs to still be viable when Dengar inevitably gets blown up.)

Again, if you just want to run Dengar with 3 red dice and keep the +1 green dice from Bodyguard, leave out EI and Expose. In fact, I really like Gonk, but you could take out the regen in favor of some other crew,... I just felt like he needed it, being the center of attention.
I also threw in some support things with Manaroo since she's mostly going to be feeding Dengar. Feedback array for when her 2 dice can't do squat vs aces, missiles for when **** hits the fan, and a jammer because she's going to be within range 1 of dengar anyway.
I put glitterstim on Dengar just because I had space and points. If you take off the trash upgrades I have 10 points to spend, so not enough for a Z-95.
I just like that the Bodyguard + Manaroo thing works.
