Good how to video?

My brother and his boys just got Armada and I want to steer them towards a well done how to play video. That rule book can be intimidating. I think it is easier to watch a video to learn some of the basics. Anyone have any suggestions?

I know Lyraeus has some good videos on youtube, but I don't know where they are, soooo.....

While I like Lyraeus' vids, he doesn't really have great tutorials for beginners.

You know. . . sometimes I really wonder if what I do even makes a difference. . . these topics helps me a lot in that regard.
