For some reason the female mon calamari in Clone Wars always grabbed my attention, even if she was only on the screen for like 5 seconds. She was a badass.

Twi'leks will always be my fave though when it comes to, uh... that agenda.

Miranda, every time. Liara is too girlish and annoying, and while I love the Quarians so much Tali is the little sister of the squad. Besides, her romance with Garrus is ME3 is awesome.
