Hi all! I was wondering about the chronology of the effects. Can I make a red manuever, receive stress, activate "Electronic Buffle" and loose shield, and then do a "gonk" (droid) action to regain that shield?

Assuming You have a shield stored on Gonk, then yes. You can baffle away the stress and perform any action available to you.
