Looking for any suggestions/advice/comments to the below team for an upcoming tourney. Have flown quite a few test games, even successfully taking out 3 scouts.

I know that aces are a huge headache, further compounded by the lack of autothrusters. My local meta is very focused on scouts, Dengar and big ships in general, including Dash, so the chips are almost a must in regard to a big alpha strike.
I tend to fly the academy in front of Redline as a blocker, while the Barons come in from the side.
Anyways, any suggestions or critique is very welcome.
