So a slightly different take on the slow play discussion. In the name of science, what is the least amount of turns you've gotten in before time was called? And, what was the match length of time?

4 turns. A full 2 hours

I once had a player want to concede on the second turn...

... Might have had something to do with the fact that I had 5 Vics and Motti as a list, and he was running a Dual AFMK-II + Vette + Fighters list...

I had initiative, and he had Fleet Ambush in his Objectives...

Setup looked kinda like this:

(We didn't accept the Concede, and it actually played out to a 6-4, as I had terrible anti-squadron rolls and failed to kill 2 Havocs, an X-Wing, and an Assault Frigate, all by 1 point each... Whereas my opponent had some AMAZING Maneuvering skill to dodge out of arcs and in between ships, costing me a Victory with those remaining bits and pieces... Had they gone, would have been much different...)

Other than that, I've never not-finished a Match at a Tournament due to Time... I've gotten close (within 5 minutes) to the 135minute limit when it was Massed-Squadrons vs Massed-Squadrons... But never timed out.

Even when I've spent 20 minutes as a Judge on the next table explaining rules to people (with the thankful forgiveness and understanding of my opponent at the time)

I completeled many games in 3-4 turns which usually ended in about 1 hour.

I think. . . Turn 5 in 45 minutes. I had a full 400 point game finish in under an hour. . .

3 turns, 30 minutes, 460-45 win.

I don't think I've ever gone to time. At least in Armada. X Wing I either end it within 30 minutes or drag the thing out until the end every freaking time!

I don't think I've wiped anybody in a tournament nor been wiped before turn 6. I have done a 6 turn no-win game in about 35 minutes. Neither of us engaged and we just floated around for a 6-4 loss on tokens.
