I was thinking, fly into someone give them a 1pt of damage. Barrel roll into someone else and give them 1pt of damage?

He can use Expert Handling.
However, you cannot overlap when Barrel Rolling, so it's not that useful to him.
You can equip Daredevil (probably with Engine Upgrade) and ram people that way. Because Daredevil is written as a maneuver, unlike boost or barrel roll you can use it even if your final position would overlap.

Yes, you'll also be double-stressed (one from Dauntless, one from Daredevil).
