I looked at the blurb for Savage Spirits books for F&D and it is highly suggestive that the racial stats for the Miraluka will finally be published. Yes!!

Could anyone at FFG comfirm this?

Although certainly conceivable, it's referring to the Force power, which the product page identifies as Farsight.

It would be interesting though if a species Racial Ability was to have a physical flaw (blind), and the basic force power to over come it (Farsight).

and to quote the article

Force power gives PCs the ability to see at great distances, even when their physical eyes are blinded

That sounds a lot less like the Wookipeedia description of Farsight than the Foresee power we already have. To me it seems more like a vision replacement or enhancement, more like Enhance for your visual senses.
