To upgrade or not to upgrade (heavily)

Hey gang, new list idea. Basic list idea is the same but two variations. Class I is more offensive but slightly more risky where as Class II is more defensive but safer. What are your thoughts?

Interceptors are baller with a 2 dice counter...find a way to increase that *cough* dengar *cough* and kill the rhymer balls...
