No. It's on the rules-sheet specifically.
No. The Ghost title allows you to deploy the Phantom after executing a maneuver, but if your maneuver takes you wholly or partially off the board, the Ghost is destroyed before the timing window arrives.
And the mandatory deployment on destruction of the carrier ship specifically doesn't trigger if the carrying ship fled the battlefield.
