LoR: Honor among thieves question

By xyon, in Descent: Journeys in the Dark

Hello people, new user here.

My group and i just started the labyrinth of ruin expansion and our next quest is going to be "Honor amongh thieves", but we have a problem with the translation of a chapter of the special rules of the second encounter(we own the italian version of the game and while the translation has been fine for both the base game and the rest of this one, this single piece looks like it has been made with google translator :P ).

The question reguards the overlord gaining fatigue tokens when the players fail to reveal objective tokens during their turns: it is meant to be that the overlord gains 1 fatigue token for each hero that didn't reveal one during his own turn, giving a total of 4 potential fatigue to the overlord for a single hero round, or 1 if all of them failed to reveal at least 1 in their round?

Both interpretations seem weird to me because in the first case the heroes will have a very hard time managing to loot and escape with the gold needed in the short time available, while in the other the overlord needs a lot of luck with the yellow/green dice rolls to be able to even get close to the 12 goal while the heroes need a lot of bad luck with the objevtive tokens values thus needing to reveal more.

Thank you for your answers

UPDATE: i've been examining some youtube videos about LoR unboxing and managed to find out that the "every second counts" chapter was, not only poorly translated, but also missing a key part where it says that the overlord places 1 fatigue token in his play are if the heroes didn't "loot" AT THE START OF HIS TURN. This clearly rules out the one per hero that didn't "loot" version but opens up (sadly the quality of the video wasn't that great so i couldn't read clearly the rest of the rule) another doubt: is the rule stating that the overlord gets 1 fatigue token at the start of his turn if at least 1 hero didn't reveal any token or if none of the heroes did it?

As an action, a hero or ally may flip up a token.

At the start of the OL turn, if no hero (or the ally) did the action this round, the OL gets a fatigue token.

If 0 heroes and 0 allies flipped a token: fatigue

If 1 hero and 0 allies flipped a token: no fatigue

If 0 heroes and 1 ally flipped a token: no fatigue
