I'm curious what Elite upgrade combos were deemed so overpowered that the designers didn't give a slot to the Ghost. Let the speculation ensue.

VI Hera is the stuff of nightmares. Zeb, Intel agent and engine? GAME.

Rage + FCS + TLT + Weapons Engineer + Han Solo + Ghost. Attack Shuttle + ICT + Phantom. With possibly a Gunner in there instead of Han.

Really? Chopper + Intimidation doesn't present any issues? Hera + VI + Nien Nunb not an issue? Hera + Advanced Sensors + Push the Limit + Nien + Kyle not even potentially a problem? And I'm sure you've playtested all of those options...
